Education Subsidy: Educational projects of the Associations of Parents of Students and Relatives of Students of the educational centers of the public network of El Prat de Llobregat. Academic year 2026-2027

The purpose of the call is to grant subsidies under a competitive bidding regime, within the limits established in the municipal budgets, to carry out projects in the field of services to people in the Education and Culture and Community Area, field of education, educational projects of the student family associations (AFA/AMPA) during the 2026-2027 academic year (year 2026).

The projects subject to subsidy must promote the activities of entities and associations that actively participate in the life of the city in the field of education.

In general, the activities will be taken into consideration who work in the following lines:

• Joint and shared projects with other entities that have a positive impact on the city.
• Interest of the project for the city.
• Impact of the activity and the number of people targeted.
• The deficit of similar activities in the municipality.
• The difficulty of execution without subsidy.
• The promotion of new or experimental proposals that encourage participation and creativity.
  

The programs and activities aimed at the citizens of Prat de Llobregat with any of the purposes detailed below will be subject to subsidies:

• Promoting the participation of families and the educational community of the center
• Reuse of textbooks
• Extracurricular activities
• Acquisition of computer equipment (provided it has not been subsidized in the previous 4 years)
• Improving educational success and the educational function of families

In all cases, projects must:

• Promote gender equality.
• Promote inclusion and social cohesion.
• Promote environmental sustainability

Projects submitted that do not conform to the purposes described in this section will be rejected.

The entities registered in the Municipal Register of Entities of Ajuntament del Prat de Llobregat.

Exceptionally, those natural or legal persons not registered in the Municipal Registry may request subsidies when the activity carried out has an impact or is of interest to the municipality of El Prat de Llobregat.

The grant application consists of the following documentation, in all cases:

1. Model summary of standardized project of the field for which the subsidy is requested (SUB-151).
2. Standardized budget model with the details of the different programs and activities for which a subsidy is requested (Excel, which should not be converted to PDF).
3. Civil liability policy in force or corresponding to the 2026-2027 school year with the corresponding payment receipt.
4. Certificate of accreditation of the meeting of the School Council of the Center or of the Permanent Committee of the School Council, in which the request for a subsidy by the AFA/AMPA is reported.

It will be necessary to attach, additionally, the following documentation in the cases indicated below:

1. If the budget of the project presented exceeds €10,000: detailed project prepared by the entity.
2. If there are changes in the Board of Directors: certificate of composition of the Board of Directors or the governing body (Generalitat's own model or standardized SUB-53 model).
3. If there are changes in the bank details: bank direct debit form for the payment of the subsidy, with bank certificate (COM-001).
4. If the activity involves regular contact with minors: responsible declaration on compliance with the regulations on the legal protection of minors (SUB-087).
5. If a subsidy exceeding €10,000 is requested: certificate of remuneration from the Board of Directors (SUB-086).
6. In the case of an entity that has not previously submitted it or in the event of modification of any data: NIF of the entity.
7. In the event of not authorizing the City Council to obtain the corresponding data: certificates proving that you are up to date with your tax and Social Security obligations.
8. If deemed appropriate: other complementary documentation.
