Permission to carry out photo sessions on public roads

Request for permission to take photographs in streets and circulation spaces when they involve effective occupation of public space.

What is this procedure?

This procedure allows you to request authorization to carry out photographic sessions in municipal public spaces and in those where the City Council is competent to authorize the occupation or the carrying out of activities.

The deadline for requesting this procedure is a minimum of 10 business days.

Who can apply for it?

This procedure can be requested by anyone who needs it, as long as they meet, where applicable, the requirements indicated in this form.

What documentation must be submitted?

- Civil liability insurance policy.

- Latest receipt/proof of payment of the Civil Liability policy.

When the petitioner acts on behalf of the company that will carry out the filming, it is necessary to provide: 

- Communication of the NIF (Tax Agency document) accrediting card of the petitioning company.

- ID card of the person who grants the powers to the representative, to carry out the procedure on behalf of the company.

- Document of assignment of powers to act on behalf of the petitioning company, in the management of the procedure.

Once the application has been submitted, if it does not include the requested documentation, the City Council will require the interested person to provide the required documents, indicating that, if they do not do so, their request will be considered abandoned.

How much does it cost?

This procedure is free.

There is no associated fee for processing the permit application.

Photo sessions on public roads have associated public fees or prices that regulate the corresponding payment or exemption, as the case may be. 

The provision of special services or the provision of personnel also have associated public fees or prices.
