This service offers the possibility for the person registered in the Registry to communicate the change of address to different administrations with a single procedure and electronically.

What is this procedure?

This service offers the possibility to the person registered in the Registry to communicate the change of address to different administrations with a single procedure and electronically. You will need to have confirmation that the registration or change of address has been carried out.

The communication of a change of address will be made electronically and, with a single procedure, the databases of the administrations receiving the change will be updated:

  • to the Tax Administration Agency (AEAT), except for the self-employed and professionals
  • at the General Directorate of Police (DGP)
  • at the General Directorate of Traffic (DGT)
  • at the National Institute of Social Security (INSS)
  • to the General Treasury of Social Security (TGSS).

Self-employed workers and professionals must communicate the change of tax domicile to the AEAT using the census declaration form 036. Self-employed workers and professionals can receive more information on the tax agency website.

Who can apply for it?

Any person of legal age registered in the Municipal Population Register of El Prat de Llobregat and who has changed their address.


What documentation must be submitted?

Original of the applicant's identification document: NIF, Community identity card and NIE certificate, NIE card or valid passport.
