Accreditation of the death of a citizen who is registered in the Municipal Population Register of El Prat de Llobregat.


Who can apply for it?

Any adult person registered in the same home where the deceased person is registered, or the person who certifies a family relationship.


What documentation must be submitted?

Documentation to provide:

Death certificate or Original Family Book showing the date of death
