What is this procedure?

Adapted transport service for people with mobility difficulties to make occasional/occasional trips to attend recreational/cultural activities, shopping, errands, etc. Under no circumstances may this service be used for trips to healthcare centers.



Who can apply for it?

People registered in El Prat de Llobregat, who have recognized reduced mobility (through recognition of the degree of impairment by the Generalitat de Catalunya).

What documentation must be submitted?

General documentation:

Application (can be collected from the City Council's Social Services offices).

Personal details:

Tax ID

Health data:

Certificate of accreditation of the degree of impairment stating the fact of reduced mobility (document issued by the Generalitat de Catalunya-ICASS) and telephone numbers of contact relatives. In the event of not having the previous certificate: medical report from the public health network explicitly stating the functional limitation of mobility.
