What is this procedure?

This procedure allows you to renew, for another year, the use of a plot in the municipal gardens on the Bunyola road.

The plots are allocated for cultivation and personal use, in accordance with the conditions established by the City Council. Renewal and continuity of use are subject to compliance with the Regulatory Bases.

Who can apply for it?

Any successful bidder who, at the time of requesting the extension, continues to meet the necessary conditions to be a successful bidder of a municipal recreational garden.


What documentation must be submitted?

  • Plot renewal application form.
  • Proof of payment of the annual fee for municipal recreational gardens.

How much does it cost?

This procedure is free.
  • The annual fee for the use of the plot, which for the year 2026 is €130. This amount is reviewed annually.

There is also a bonus option:

  • Successful applicants may request an exemption from the deposit and a 50% discount on the annual fee if they can prove that their family unit's income is within the economic limits established in the Regulatory Bases.

Observations

Associated fees and taxes (payment):Beneficiaries of municipal gardens who wish to request a 50% discount on the public price must prove that the income of the family unit is lower than or equal to the progression of the table included in clause VII of the Regulatory Bases for the granting of authorizations to use the facilities of municipal gardens.
