The gardens are divided into two types depending on the age of the applicants:
- Urban gardens: aimed at people between 18 and 64 years oldThe use authorization is valid for one year and maintenance of the required requirements must be proven annually in order to obtain an extension, up to a maximum of 5 years.
- Recreational gardens: aimed at people of 65 years or olderThe use authorization is valid for one year and can be extended annually up to a maximum of 10 yearsOnce this period has been reached, new annual renewals may be authorized, provided that the user continues to comply with the established conditions and the circumstances that motivated the authorization are maintained.
Registration on the reserve list is carried out in the corresponding modality according to the age of the applicant.
People registered on the waiting list may be called to occupy a plot when a vacancy occurs.
The use of the plot is personal and is subject to the conditions established by the City Council.
The fee for the use of the plot can be paid in installments in periods of four months.
To guarantee compliance with the obligations of users, it is necessary to deposit a bailThis is returned at the end of the authorization, provided that the plot and facilities are left in good condition and there are no outstanding payments.
Please note that registration on the waiting list does not guarantee the award of a plot, but it allows you to be part of the reserve list to fill any vacancies that arise.
