Application for registration of an entity or association in the Municipal Register of Entities.
The Municipal Register of Entities is a public register where non-profit entities of public interest that have their main area of activity in El Prat de Llobregat are registered.
Its purpose is to allow the City Council to learn about the entities that carry out their activity in the municipality, as well as their purposes, structure and scope of action, with the aim of facilitating the development of municipal policies that contribute to promoting, strengthening and consolidating the city's associative fabric.
Registration in the register allows the identification of active entities in the municipality and keeps their information updated. The Municipal Register of Entities is public and can be consulted by any interested person in accordance with current regulations.
Representatives of non-profit entities or associations registered in the General Register of Associations of the Generalitat of Catalonia, with headquarters or delegation in the municipal district of El Prat de Llobregat, which promote and defend the general interests of the neighborhood of the citizens of El Prat de Llobregat.
It is mandatory present all this documentation, in order to register the entity:
- NIF of the entity
- Statutes of the entity
- Certification with the registration number issued by the Generalitat
- Name, NIF, NIE or Passport and telephone of the people who make up the Board of Directors
- Certification of the number of partners
- Budget for the current year (expense and income forecast)
- Program of activities for the current year
- Other non-mandatory documents
