What is this procedure?

Procedure that allows you to submit a request to Ajuntament del Prat de Llobregat to return the amount paid for registration for a course.

In the event of cancellation of a service, course or rental once the activity has begun, the City Council will not be responsible for returning the corresponding amount.

Who can apply for it?

To process the refund request of a minor, the presence of the parent or legal guardian is required.

What documentation must be submitted?

An identity document is required (NIF, NIE or passport).

How much does it cost?

This procedure is free.
