What is this procedure?

Procedure that allows you to submit a request to Ajuntament del Prat de Llobregat to modify the personal data on the subscription form.

Who can apply for it?

To process the change of data on a minor's subscription, the presence of the parent or legal guardian is required.

What documentation must be submitted?

An identity document is required (DNI, NIE or passport).

In the event of a change in bank details, a document proving ownership of the account where the receipts will be debited will be required. The name of the person being paid as the account holder must appear on the document and, if not, a signed authorization from the account holder and a photocopy of their ID card will be required.

This procedure is free.
