Poultry Fair: Call for space reservations at the Artisan Fair (2026)

This is the procedure for reserving space to participate as an exhibitor at the Craft Fair that will take place on November 27, 28 and 29, 2026.

It is recommended to read the participation rules, which can be found on this form, before starting the process.

Once the participation request and the required documentation have been sent, your participation will be assessed, and if accepted, a notification will be sent to formalize it and proceed to make the payment for the reservation.

Municipal authorization will only be formalized when the full amount of the request for services requested has been paid before the deadline established in the budget.

All exhibitors, individuals, companies and/or entities who wish to do so can attend the Craft Fair, with no further restrictions than those derived from the availability of free space and compliance with the requirements of the participation rules.

• Receipt of payment of civil liability insurance  
• Insurance policy content - Minimum coverage of €300,000 
• Last self-employed receipt in force
• High IAE (Economic activity, 036) 
• Health responsibility declaration for non-sedentary markets and fairs 
• Photograph of the product being exhibited and the stand 
• Accreditation of training for handlers in food hygiene. When it comes to self-produced products, accreditation that the Health Register of Industries and Products of Catalonia (RSIPAC) is available.
• In the case of organic farming products, registration with the Organic Agriculture Regulatory Council (CRAE) must be proven and they must be identified with the corresponding official badge.
