What is this procedure?

Procedure for obtaining a license for 4th category weapons.

All authorizations will be valid for 5 years.

The Ajuntament del Prat de Llobregat authorizes a maximum of 6 weapons per person, regardless of category.

Who can apply for it?

Any interested person over 14 years old, registered in El Prat de Llobregat.

What documentation must be submitted?

  • NIF/NIE (in the event that the permit is requested for more than one weapon at the same time, this document will be delivered only once).
  • Original criminal record certificate (in the event that the permit is requested for more than one weapon at the same time, this document will be delivered only once).
  • The validity of the criminal record certificate is that indicated on the document, or in its absence, three months. More information on the Ministry's website.
  • The authorization of parents or guardians in case of being a minor.
  • Detailed purchase invoice or declaration of ownership.
  • 2 blank white weapons cards (provided at the establishment).
  • 3 yellow weapons cards that are not completed but must be signed (provided at the establishment).


How much does it cost?

This procedure is free.

This procedure is subject to tax rate no. 10 art. 9 "Tax for document issuance" which can be consulted in the attached Ordinance.

Observations

NOTICE: in Prat de Llobregat there are no facilities or places authorized for the use of weapons.
