Requests for occupation of public space for parking reservations, street closures and other occupations of public roads.
What is this procedure?
Modalities:
a) Temporary occupations: Occupations of the public road for a limited period of time necessary to carry out a work, installation or personal activities such as removals.
- Total or partial street closure for the carrying out of work, works or installations- Occupation of the public road-pedestrian zone for the carrying out of work, works or installations- Parking reservations for the carrying out of work, works or installations- Police escort service- Other occupations
b) Annual occupancy: Occupancy of the public road during a period of one year.
- No-parking areas for hotels and similar establishments to facilitate customer access to the establishment, facilitate loading and unloading and allow cars to be loaded and unloaded - Emergency exits for premises intended for public events or shows, schools, care or healthcare centers or regulated education - Ambulance stop reservations for healthcare or healthcare uses - No-parking areas to facilitate vehicle access maneuvers to the company's loading dock - Loading and unloading areas

What documentation must be submitted?
When using the public road with a mobile crane/elevating platform or similar: Technical documentation is requested.
How much does it cost?
Taxes regulated in Fiscal Ordinances No. 9, 14 and 15
Tax exempt:
- Annual occupations: mailboxes linked to the universal postal service, educational centers, health centers, welfare centers and regulated education, non-profit entities or associations whose purpose is a charitable or solidarity activity.
- Occasional occupations: Occupations exempt from taxation in art. 6.1 of Fiscal Ordinance no. 5 regulating the Tax on Constructions, Installations and Works; occupations for the installation of systems for the thermal or electrical use of solar or wind energy for self-consumption and occupations requested by non-profit entities or associations whose purpose is a charitable or solidarity activity.
