What is this procedure?
Application for annual or seasonal authorization (winter or summer) for the occupation of the public road with the installation of a terrace.The person who owns an establishment open to the public for hospitality, restaurant, bar or tasting activities may apply for a municipal terrace license. The establishment must be duly legalized with an establishment open to the public license or with prior notification of activities. The interested person must be the holder of the restaurant license to which the terrace is linked.
Terrace licenses can be annual, per summer season or per winter season, according to the following calendar:

- Winter season: from January 1 to April 14 and from October 16 to December 31.
- Summer season: from April 15 to October 15.
- Annual season: from January 1 to December 31
Who can apply for it?
The owner of the establishment (natural or legal person) or their representative.
What documentation must be submitted?
- Declaration by the person responsible that he complies with the requirements established in the Ordinance on the use of public roads with the installation of terraces.
- In the event that the terrace is wider than the façade of the establishment, express authorization from the owner of the adjacent property/establishment will also be required.
How much does it cost?
This procedure is free.
Although the procedure is free, the cost of the license will be determined by Fiscal Ordinance No. 14.
