What is this procedure?

This procedure allows you to submit a query to the Public Consumer Service to obtain information, guidance and advice on the rights and obligations of consumers and users, as well as micro-enterprises, in matters of consumption.

The purpose of the consultations is to resolve doubts, obtain information and/or advice on a specific matter related to consumer issues. Consultations regarding rents, taxes, fines, embargoes, labor relations or horizontal property matters are not answered.

The consultation can be submitted in person, by telephone or by email.

Any citizen or company in the municipality.

This procedure is free.
