What is this procedure?

Application for a planning permit for all operations consisting of the division into simple or complex horizontal property, unless this division occurs by virtue of the definitive approval of a reparcelling project or the determination of the number of homes, establishments or other elements or their increase is established in the corresponding works permit.

The person who owns the properties subject to horizontal division.

Technical project, in triplicate, containing the following documentation:

Simple note or certification from the Property Registry containing the description of the property or building. Justifying report on the adequacy of the number of homes, establishments or elements proposed to the applicable planning determinations and, in the case of homes, compliance with the minimum habitability requirements for second occupancy. Necessary plans, at an appropriate scale, to record the number of homes, establishments or elements, and their surface area and urban use. Proforma of the public deed of simple or complex horizontal division.
