- Waste management study with the evaluation of the weight and its nature, providing the supporting document of RD 210/2018.
- Specific graphic justification that the project complies with the applicable urban planning parameters indicating, both in plan and in section, buildable depth, reference point to measure the maximum regulatory height, maximum regulatory height, ground floor level, flight and maximum length of protruding bodies, etc.
- Site plan indicating the width of the sidewalk and the existing urban elements to establish the guarantee that guarantees the repair of possible damage caused to the urban elements of the land as a result of the works, in the terms provided for in art. 16 of the Metropolitan Building Ordinances.
- Plan with proposed use of the public road during the works (location and definition of the construction fence, scaffolding, planned parking reserve, location of waste containers, impact on traffic, etc.) and pedestrian mobility in the event that it is affected.
- Plan with the specifications of the separate sanitation network.
- Specific graphic justification that the project complies with fire prevention regulations, indicating where applicable, both in plan and section, fire sectors, premises and special risk areas, fire resistance of the elements (structure, facades, roof, partition walls, walls, ceilings, doors, etc.), length of evacuation routes, signage of evacuation means, provision of fire protection facilities, etc.
- Basic Health and Safety Study (EBSS) or Health and Safety Study (ESS).
In accordance with Royal Decree 1627/1997, a Health and Safety Study is required if the material execution budget (PEM) (1) is equal to or greater than €313,049 or 500 daily wages (2) or if the duration of the works is greater than 30 working days, employing more than 20 workers simultaneously at any time. If the works may affect the archaeological site of Les Sorres below a depth of 5 meters from the current level, a
study of the impact that these works could have on the archaeological remains, prepared by a professional specialized in this matter (article 16 of the Special Plan and catalog for the protection of elements of interest of the historical-architectural and environmental heritage of the municipality of El Prat de Llobregat).
If the building or foundation work affects the superficial aquifer (20m) or involves drainage through the extraction of water from the aquifer, a hydrogeological study must be provided defining the construction process of the foundation in relation to the superficial aquifer (shielding techniques, waterproofing, water management, etc.) according to "Agreement of the Catalan Water Agency dated 26 February 2004, (DOGC no. 4093, 17.3.2004)".
