Application for a license to completely or partially demolish an existing building.

- Descriptive report, plans and photographs of the affected services: photocopies of the requests to the supply companies for the disconnection or provisional adaptation of the affected services before, during and after the work, if applicable. - Plan with proposal for the use of the public road during the works (location and definition of the works fence, planned parking reserve, location of the
waste containers, traffic impact, etc.) and pedestrian mobility in case it is affected by the works.- Photographs of the facade and interior of the building signed by a competent technician and developer.- Questionnaire Building and Housing Statistics.- Waste acceptance document signed by an authorized waste manager or written commitment to be provided before starting the works. In accordance with RD 210/2018, this document must include the manager's code, the address of the work and the amount received as a deposit for subsequent management.- Evaluation of the weight and nature of the waste by providing the supporting sheet of the aforementioned decree.- Basic Health and Safety Study.(EBSS)- Appointment of the competent technician who will assume the management of the works with permanence duly endorsed by the corresponding professional association.- Appointment of the competent technician who will assume the coordination of health and safety of the works endorsed by the corresponding professional association if necessary in accordance with RD 1627/1997.2. In the event that there are elements that contain fiber cement:

- Justification that the dismantling, packaging and transport of elements containing fiber cement will be carried out following the instructions of Royal Decree 396/2006, of March 31, which establishes the minimum safety and health provisions applicable to work involving asbestos risk.

- Waste acceptance document issued by the Management Entity authorized by the Waste Agency of Catalonia as the operator of the hazardous waste deposit or written commitment to be provided before starting the works. If homes are demolished, request a responsible declaration that they are free of occupants.
