Conditions for carrying out the works:
- During the execution of the work, the precautions that, for these cases, are foreseen by the current Metropolitan Ordinances and those recommended by the standards of good construction, as well as those contained in the current legislation in relation to the matter, must be adopted.
- The works or installations carried out must strictly comply with those mentioned in the notice, and an infringement will be incurred, subject to the sanctions provided for in the Metropolitan Ordinances and other applicable provisions, in the event that any modification or excess is made.
- The holder is obliged to keep this information at all times during the execution of the works, and to display it, as many times as they request, to the municipal agents in charge of the inspection and surveillance of the particular works. In case of breach of this obligation, he will incur the consequent responsibilities for disobedience to the agents of the authority.
- The works must be completed within 3 months from the date of notification, or from the granting of the corresponding official financial subsidy that may have been obtained for the execution of the works.
Schedules
In accordance with article 26 of the Ordinance regulating noise and vibration pollution, the working hours will be as follows:
- Working hours must be between 8 am and 9 pm on working days, from Monday to Friday, and between 9 am and 9 pm on Saturdays and holidays.
- The machinery's operating hours are between 8 am and 8 pm on weekdays, Monday to Friday, and between 9 am and 8 pm on Saturdays and holidays.
- Works that must be carried out urgently to restore essential services, such as the supply of electricity, water, gas or telephone, and services related to new information technologies, as well as works intended to avoid a situation of imminent risk or danger to people or property, and those that, due to their inherent characteristics, cannot be carried out during the day, are exempt from compliance with the time slots established in the previous paragraph.
Rubble management
Rubble may not be dumped in unauthorized places.
Royal Decree 210/2018, of April 6, which approves the Program for the Prevention and Management of Waste and Resources of Catalonia, which modifies Decree 89/2010, of June 29, of the Program for the Management of Construction Waste of Catalonia (PROGROC), must be complied with.
Safety at work
All work will be carried out in accordance with the health and safety measures for construction works in general defined in Royal Decree 1627/97, of 24 October.
Inspection of the works
The City Council may carry out inspections, through its technical staff, to verify that the works comply with those reported in the document submitted.
