Observations:
- If the fording license is requested in order to carry out an activity subject to the Prior Communication or Responsible Declaration regime, it will be granted until the initial control of the activity is obtained.
- If the fording license is requested in order to carry out an activity subject to the prior communication regime, the fording license will be granted but the plate cannot be removed until the corresponding prior communication of the start of activity has been submitted.
- If the ford license is requested for a newly constructed building, it cannot be granted until the corresponding occupancy license is obtained.
- The type of recess that must be made to the curb will be communicated to the applicant in writing, indicating the recess model and the linear meters that must be lowered.
The holder of a ford license is obliged to comply with the requirements of the municipal fords ordinance, among others, as indicated in its articles 5.2, 6.2 and 14.2, to remove the ford under their responsibility and return the sidewalk to its previous state at the time of requesting the cancellation of the ford license, when the circumstances that motivated its granting disappear or when others arise, as well as compliance with the other applicable provisions.
