The person interested in installing a specific activity in Prat de Llobregat, before requesting authorization or environmental license, must request a certificate of compatibility from this City Council that determines whether the location of the projected activity is compatible with the urban planning applicable to the municipality.
Specifically, people who wish to carry out the following activities must request the urban planning report:
1.- Activities included in Annex I, of Law 20/2009, of December 4, on prevention and environmental control of activities.
2.- Activities included in Annexes II, III and IV of Law 20/2009, of 4 December on the prevention and environmental control of activities, which directly affect natural areas with high environmental sensitivity, included in the Plan for Areas of Natural Interest (PEIN), approved by Decree 328/1992; in natural areas of special protection, declared in accordance with Law 12/1985; in wetlands and areas designated in application of Directives 79/409/EC and 92/43/EC (Natura Network); in wetlands included in the list of the Ramsar Convention, and in other protected areas that are legally determined.
3.- Activities coded with code 7.9 of Annex II, of Law 20/2009, of 4 December on environmental prevention and control of activities: Industrial installations for the production of vegetable and animal fats and oils, industrial installations for the production of beer and malt, industrial installations for the production of starches, industrial installations for the production of jams and syrups, industrial installations for the production of fish meal and fish oil, provided that the following circumstances are present in the installation simultaneously: a) it is located outside industrial estates, b) it is located less than 500m from a residential area, c) it occupies an area of at least 1 hectare.
4.- Activities included in Annex III, of Law 20/2009, of December 4, on prevention and environmental control of activities, that are intended to be located in existing buildings constructed without specific use.
5.- Establishments included in Annex I of Decree 112/2010, of August 31, which approves the Regulation of public shows and recreational activities, which must request the corresponding license or authorization from the administration of the Generalitat of Catalonia.
6.- For the exercise of any other activity, it may be requested at the discretion of the interested person.
