The tax on Constructions, Installations and Works is an indirect tax that taxes the carrying out, within the municipal area, of any construction, installation or work for which the corresponding building or urban planning license is required.
The taxable event of the tax includes cases in which the current applicable regulations determine prior communication, responsible declaration or others of the same significance.
Presentation period:
The settlement is carried out following the processing of the works file, the request for which must be made to OIAC.
Who can apply for it?
Those responsible for the construction, installation or work, whether or not they are the owners of the property on which it is carried out.
The person requesting the license may act as a substitute for the taxpayer.
