What is this procedure?

Issuance of certificates on data related to tax objects, at the request of interested parties, for the processing of:

  • Social benefits scholarships
  • Retirements
  • Marital separations
  • Judicial processes

Who can apply for it?

This procedure can be requested by anyone who needs it, as long as they meet, where applicable, the requirements indicated in this form.

What documentation must be submitted?

  • If you are the holder of the certificate: original NIF, NIE or Passport
  • If you are not the holder of the certificate: written authorization and NIF of the authorized person and the person authorizing.

How much does it cost?

This procedure is free.
